Yes its true that "Human beings are the most important, potent and critical, resource of any organization” since human beings are the very important for the company to succeed and because they all have the knowledge to put the company down, “and yet the least understood and the worst managed of its resources" because human beings are complex.

Why do you think HRM is included in the BSCS/BSIT curriculum?

I think HRM or Human Resource Management is included in the BSIT/BSCS curriculum for us to be fully aware of our responsibilities and duties as we will become part of the HRM in the company we will work for.
