reflection in MIS
This is the thing you need to do after the introduction…
On our first day of class several were late that’s why Sir Gamboa asked them to show their talents, or shall I say, there forced talents. If you cannot sing and dance, well you have to, you don’t have a choice, because Sir Gamboa will not just let you sit and relax.
First, Sir Gamboa asked what does MIS stands for and what is management. I really don’t have an idea about the subject, except the fact that it stands for Management Information System. That’s why when Sir Gamboa asked the class about it some answered it’s the act of managing…obviously. Though his smiling he still looks scary especially to those first timers in his class. We’ve learned about PDOC: planning, directing, organizing and consulting which he said were the four keys of management. We also had a short discussion about Information System. As what he told us it is composed of hardware, software and peopleware.
Afterwards he gave us assignments and told us to update our blogs.
So this is it. Good luck to all of us. Welcome newbies. God bless.

if i were a boy
If I were a boy
Even just for a day
I’d roll outta bed in the morning
And throw on what I wanted then go
Drink beer with the guys
And chase after girls
I’d kick it with who I wanted
And I’d never get confronted for it.
Cause they’d stick up for me.
If I were a boy
I think I could understand
How it feels to love a girl
I swear I’d be a better man.
I’d listen to her
Cause I know how it hurts
When you lose the one you wanted
Cause he’s taken you for granted
And everything you had got destroyed
If I were a boy
I could turn off my phone
Tell everyone it’s broken
So they’d think that I was sleepin’ alone
I’d put myself first
And make the rules as I go
Cause I know that she’d be faithful
Waitin’ for me to come home (to come home)
It’s a little too late for you to come back
Say its just a mistake
Think I’d forgive you like that
If you thought I would wait for you
You thought wrong
But you’re just a boy
You don’t understand
Yeah you don’t understand
How it feels to love a girl someday
You wish you were a better man
You don’t listen to her
You don’t care how it hurts
Until you lose the one you wanted
Cause you’ve taken her for granted
And everything you have got destroyed
But you’re just a boy

Your Song"
It took
one look
and forever lay out in front of me
One smile
then I died
only to be revived by you
There I was
thought I had everything
figured out
goes to show just how much I know
bout the way life plays out
i take one step away
and I find myself coming back
to you
my one and only
one and only
you..
Now I know
that I know not a thing at all
except the fact that I am yours
and that you are mine
Oh,
if you told me that it wouldn't be easy
and Oh,
I'm not one to complain

Human Resource management is based in the efficient utilization of employees in achieving two main goals within a corporation or other type of organization. The first goal is to effectively make use of the talents and abilities of employees to achieve the operational objectives that are the ultimate aim of the organization. Along with realizing the goals of the organization, Human Resource management also seeks to ensure that the individual employee is satisfied with both the working environment and the compensation and benefits that he or she receives.
